Shipping
Pieces worth being treasured and passed down take time to create. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be made and shipped.
Rush orders can be accommodated. Please feel free to reach out to orders@tachedenaissance.com with questions.
Your items will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be un-used and in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.
If you wish to return/exchange an item simply contact us at customercare@tachedenaissance.com for further instructions.
All returns charges are to be paid by the customer.
Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will be then be processed.
All personalized items are non-refundable.
Monograms & Custom Embroidery
To add monogram, select the box before adding the item to cart and include your preferences in the notes section. A designer will be in touch to confirm the details.
Hand embroidered or machine embroidered options are available. All personalized items are non-refundable
Custom Orders
Whether you are in the market for a keepsake for your own baby or a timeless gift for a friend, Tache De Naissance offers bespoke services to make a treasure all your own.
During your complimentary consultation we will discuss fabric, trim, embroidering, and sizing options. Using our existing patterns, we will together create something timeless and completely unique. Depending on the complexity of the project, your personalized heirloom will be ready in 2-4 weeks. It will last for generations.
